• Automatically gathered data: data automatically collected such as the user’s IP address, the type of browser, and the operating system of their computer.

2. Purposes of processing personal data:

This personal data is collected for the following purposes:

• monitoring of client requests and users of our sites as part of contract execution,
• advertising and/or commercial communications about their products and services,
• informing clients,

3. Data controller and legal bases for processing:

In the context of contract execution, the data controller of personal data is EASY PROPERTIES SRL (hereinafter, “the Controller”), registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number BE 0678.647.236 and whose registered office is established at Rue du Président 76, 1050 Ixelles. The processing of personal data of clients and users of our site (and, where appropriate, any other natural person connected) is based on:

• Article 5 a) (consent) and b) (contract execution) of the Law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy in relation to the processing of personal data and
• Article 6.1. a) (consent) and b) (contract execution) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation).

4. Access, Modification or Request for Deletion of Personal Data:

EASY PROPERTIES SRL is committed to ensuring a high level of protection of personal data.

Within the limits of applicable law, any natural person may access their data processed by the Controller, and, if necessary, request the correction of their personal data or its deletion, or oppose the processing, or request the limitation of processing of personal data concerning them and obtain a copy of it.

In addition, they have the right to receive the personal data provided in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transmit these data to another data controller (right to data portability). They may exercise these rights at any time, free of charge, by sending their request by email to [email protected].

They may, at any time, oppose, upon request and free of charge, the processing of data concerning them for commercial prospecting and/or withdraw their consent to the transfer of data concerning them. They can exercise these rights at any time, without charge, by sending their request by email to [email protected]. Such requests will be accommodated within legal deadlines.

No legal provision requires the client and other users of this website to respond to the questions posed by EASY PROPERTIES SRL, but failure to respond may result, depending on the case, in the impossibility or refusal of EASY PROPERTIES SRL to enter into a (pre-)contractual relationship, to continue such a relationship, or to execute an operation requested by the client or a third party on behalf of the client.

The personal data provided by the client and the website user are processed by the Controller with the utmost confidentiality and in compliance with applicable regulations.

However, in the case of electronic transfer of such data, as the Internet does not offer complete security, privacy can only be guaranteed if the data are transmitted through communication channels that EASY PROPERTIES SRL expressly indicates are protected.

5. Authorized Third Parties for the Communication of Personal Data:

The data may be communicated to third parties designated by the Controller, whose intervention is necessary to achieve one of the purposes mentioned in this contract and acting exclusively on the instructions of the Controller.

6. End of Processing:

Personal data processed for the purpose of monitoring client requests and the website user’s overall view of the affiliate in the context of contract execution will be retained for the duration of the contract and for a period of one year following the end of the contractual relationship; if necessary, EASY PROPERTIES SRL also reserves the right to keep them longer to comply with its legal obligations (e.g., accounting).

Personal data processed for the purposes of advertising communications and/or information and marketing will be retained for the duration of the contract and for a period of two years following the expiration of the contract after which they will be deleted.
